This Privacy Policy applies to Seamlytics, operated by Lealton Systems, 3 Chapel Street, Congleton, CW124AB. Email: admin@lealtonsystems.com.

  • Billing (subscriptions, invoices, tax records) - performance of a contract; legal obligation.
  • Improve the Service (analytics, troubleshooting, feature development) - legitimate interests.

  • Legal compliance (e.g., responding to lawful requests) - legal obligation.

5. Sharing & Processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers ("processors") under contracts requiring confidentiality and data protection, such as:

  • Payments: Flutterwave, Paystack, Stripe
  • Hosting & Infrastructure: cloud hosting, storage, CDN, logging, and backup providers
  • Analytics & Support: product analytics, error monitoring, and helpdesk tools
  • Professional Services: legal, accounting, and compliance advisors

We may disclose information to competent authorities where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

  • Customer Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Following cancellation, we generally retain it for up to 30 days to allow export, after which we delete or archive it unless a longer period is required by law or you request earlier deletion.
  • Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

We operate globally. When transferring personal data outside the UK/EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as applicable.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting admin@lealtonsystems.com. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or a Data Protection Authority in the EU).
